SERVICE COSTS

$90.00 Service call for all onsite service requests - includes first 30 minutes of initial visit.

$75.00/hour troubleshoot/repair plus parts and freight on all laundry, warewash and equipment excluding vacuums.

$25.00/hour troubleshoot/repair vacuum plus parts and freight.

$75.00/hour travel time on distances over 50 miles from Southern Maintenance Supply Co.

$4.00 Pick-up fee for equipment picked up for repair at SMS.

$4.00 Delivery fee for repaired equipment returned to your location.

NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE, NO HOURLY RATE CHARGES WHILE UNDER WARRANTY IF PURCHASED THROUGH SOUTHERN MAINTENANCE SUPPLY CO.

NO CHARGE FOR PARTS WHILE UNDER WARRANTY – SUBJECT TO MANUFACTOR’S WARRANTY ON THAT PART.

Equipment not purchased through Southern Maintenance Supply Co. while under warranty is the customer’s responsibility to pay at time of pick up. If SouthernMaintenance Supply Co. is later reimbursed for the warranty repairs by the manufactor, the customer will receive in-store credit.

Southern Maintenance Supply Co. responsibility stops at disconnects (water, electricity, air, etc.) to equipment to be serviced.
